Get rewarded for Roaming with Tunisiana’s network and fly back with a gift !

Tunisiana Roaming Loyalty Program rewards all visiting roamers for calls initiated on its network.
For each call you make on Tunisiana network you accumulate points. These points can then be redeemed into gifts depending on the threshold level you reach.

How to create an account ?
Once you are connected to Tunisiana network, you will automatically be registered in the Roaming Loyalty Program without fees.

How to get points ?
For each minute of call that you make to a local or international numbers, you will be rewarded 10 points. These points are valid for 24 months.

Each time you reach a threshold level, you will be notified by an SMS enclosing a PIN Code that you must present upon collection of your gift. Remember to save the SMS on your handset. You have the choice to redeem your gift or accumulate more points to reach a higher threshold level.

How do I check my points account ?
You can check the number of points you accumulated by calling *1200 or 22 11 11 11

How and where do I claim my gift ?
To redeem your gift, you must disclose the PIN Code to our representatives in Tunisiana Shops  . You can choose your gift depending on your threshold level (300, 500, 1000, 2000 or 5000). Gifts are subject to availability. Once you redeem your gift, your account will be deducted according to the number of points redeemed (balance validity is 24 months). You can visit our participating Tunisiana Shops  in Tunis-Carthage and Monastir airports, in Sousse, Hammamet and Djerba.
